The Electronic Assistive Technology Service (EATS) is based in Lincoln and is part of Lincolnshire Community Health Services.
Next year, BT will be rolling out a new broadband-based phone network, which will replace the current analogue one by 2025. It is recommended that all Lifeline users contact their service providers to ensure a smooth transition to the new network. For more information, read here.

Electronic Assistive Technology (EAT) is a generic term that describes a range of equipment including environmental controls systems, communication aid equipment and equipment used for overcoming problems with accessing computer technology.

We provide Specialist AAC services across the East Midlands including Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire and Milton Keynes. People can make referrals through a service provided on behalf of NHS England for a specialist assessment, or if you feel your team is able to assess independently, for equipment only.
