I-ASC Project - Communication Aid Research

27th November 2017

If you are an AAC professional (not just speech and language therapists!) please consider contributing to the I-ASC project which aims to look at vocabulary selection for AAC devices. The survey is short but could give valuable information as to why clinicians make certain decisions around vocabulary selection.

Please support the I-ASC project!

Thank you for the interest you have already shown in the I-ASC project. We would now like to invite you to participate in an anonymous survey about communication aids. This should take no more than 20 minutes.

As an AAC professional working with children making decisions around communication resources, your involvement will help to inform the development of free open access guidance tools for assessment. We are interested in your personal experiences and opinions.

Please click this link to access the survey: https://secure2.accent-mr.com/3119.

The more AAC professionals we are able to get to complete the survey the better. Please feel free to distribute this email to any colleagues who may be interested and ask them if they would be willing to support the project by also completing the survey.

Thank you for your time and support.

Janice Murray Professor of Communication Disability (AAC) Chief Investigator I-ASC Project
