Online Patient Satisfaction Surveys

As part of Lincolnshire Community Health Services we aim to give people a chance to feedback on their care through a patient satisfaction survey, sometimes known as the Friends and Family Test. The trust uses a 'postcard' system which can be difficult for our patients to fill out due to their physical disabilities. Therefore we have made an online version which people can fill out on their devices. You can access the online friends and family test here:
